Danis Properties is a real estate development and property management firm, based in Reading Massachusetts. During that time we have maintained a commitment to excellence in the area of property development, management and tenant and customer relations. Since our inception, we have applied to both, property, development and management first class standards. Our first project in 1974 was that purchase and rehab of a 125,000 SF historical mill in Watertown, MA. This property was re-developed to a first class office and industrial property. As a result, Danis Properties was the recipient of the 1975 Annual Revitalization Award from the Town of Watertown. During the last 30 years we have brought our real estate experience to many other communities in New England, acquiring, developing and leasing some landmark properties, from shopping malls to industrial parks and residential projects. The Company and its team have developed numerous retail, residential and industrial sites. These sites include a 77,000 sq. ft. Christmas Tree anchored site on Rt. One in Lynnfield MA, a 270,000 sq. ft. retail site currently under construction across from the Home Depot and Jordan's Furniture in Reading, MA, a 200,000 sq. ft. industrial site in Hudson, MA, a 64 condo unit site in Lynnfield, MA. In addition to high end single family and condo projects in Weston, Lynnfield and Nantucket.
